Please note that all online bookings require a £30 deposit which will be deducted from the price of your treatment.

*Deposits are non-refundable for any anti-wrinkle treatment due to prescription costs, although appointments can be rescheduled at the discretion of the proprietor so please contact me if there are any issues with your booking. For all other treatments - deposits are refundable up to 72 hours pre-appointment. After that time deposits are non-refundable. Treatments can be rescheduled for valid reasons after the 72 hours at the discretion of the proprietor. Thank you for your understanding of this policy which is in place to protect limited appointment time and the purchasing of the highest quality products for treatments.
